​St. Catharines Friends Helping Friends Support Group
Who: This group is open to all adults located in St. Catharines and surrounding areas living with the effects of brain injury. 
Where: BIAN/Oasis Clubhouse, 300 Bunting Road, Unit 4, St. Catharines
When: First Monday of the month from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM


Concussion Peer Support Group
Who: This group is open to adults who have recently sustained a concussion (within the past three years). 
Where: BIAN/Oasis Clubhouse, 300 Bunting Road, Unit 4, St. Catharines
When: First Wednesday of every month from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Men's Peer Support Group
Who: This group is open to all men, non-binary and gender-fluid adults in the Niagara region living with the effects of brain injury. 
Where: BIAN/Oasis Clubhouse, 300 Bunting Road, Unit 4, St. Catharines
When: Second Wednesday of every month from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Virtual Friends Helping Friends Support Group
Who: This group is open to all adults located in the Niagara region living with the effects of brain injury. 
Where: Online via ZOOM
When: Third Monday of every month from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM


Women's Peer Support Group
Who: This group is open to all women, non-binary and gender-fluid adults in the Niagara region living with the effects of brain injury. 
Where: BIAN/Oasis Clubhouse, 300 Bunting Road, Unit 4, St. Catharines
When: Last Thursday of every month from 1:00
 PM to 2:00 PM
